Jamie concentrates her practice on trademark and patent infringement, where she typically represents luxury and fashion companies in enforcing their intellectual property rights. Jamie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated magnu cum laude, and her law degree from Loyola Law School, where she graduated with honors in the Intellectual Property Law Concentration. At Loyola, Jamie was a member of Loyola’s Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court team. In addition to her intellectual property practice, Jamie has experience in civil defense litigation, and previously represented companies and individuals in business, product liability, and personal injury litigation.
Jamie is admitted to practice in California State, and in the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, and Northern Districts of California and the District of Colorado.
